Events:  10K Trail Run (7:30am)  Course
                 5K Run/Walk (9:00am)  Course
               15K "Hero Run" (both events) 
               Fun-K (10:30am)  2 Lap Course
               Virtual Race option available

**Print and sign the University Waiver and bring to bib pickup. This is required on EVERY runner.

Check out our awesome 2016 race medal! The medal series continues its unique, award-winning design with a super cool inter-locking puzzle piece to connect to past and future year's medals or to that of friends and family.

MEDALS & SHIRTS FOR EVERYONE! 
ALL registered participants will receive our sensory-friendly event t-shirt at bib pickup, and those who cross the finish line will receive our 
limited edition finisher's medal. This includes the Fun-K participants! Thank you to our generous sponsors, donors, and fundraisers for making this possible!
Note: Virtual Race Participants do not receive event t-shirt but are mailed their finisher medals after the event.

7:30     KidZone opens
7:30     10K Trail Race Starts (In front of Bell Tower)
8:00     Resource Fair & Art Exhibit open
8:10     Awards Presented for top three 10K finishers on stage
            T-Shirt designer Alexis Delgado introduced
8:15     Group Warm-Up in South Quad with DJ Marty
8:30     Awesome in Autism Awardees Recognized as Group
            Grand Marshall Carly Fulgham Welcomes Everyone
            5K Participants make their way to Starting Line
8:50     National Anthem Sung by Katherine T. at Starting Line
9:00     5K Race Starts (In front of Bell Tower in wave starts)
9:25     Awards for 5K and 15K Races on stage
10:15   CSU Channel Islands President Rush Welcomes All
10:25   ASVC 2016 College Scholarship Presentation
10:30   Fun-K Starts (after 5K finishes)
11:30   Highest Fundraisers and Largest Teams Honored
12:00   Event Closes. Thank you for your support!



Event Activities
*Store: Event merchandise and Autism Awareness products for sale
*Autism Resource Fair featuring over 60 local service providers and community organizations (8am-12noon)
*KidZone: Opens at 7:30am so children under age 10 can have fun. Parents must supervise.
*Art Exhibit and Sale: 8am-12noon with 100% of sales going to the local artists with Autism!
*Autism 101: Educational information about Autism, and interactive meet/greet with individuals with ASD (ASVC Info Booth)

Choose one of our fun 2016 events:

10K Trail Race
(6.2 miles)
(75min max time limit)
Starts at 7:30am

Approx. 1/2 of the race is on dirt trails.
5K Run/Walk
(3.1 miles)
Starts at 9:00am in waves due to size of race

15K Hero Run
(9.3 miles)
(Both the 10K + 5K)
Runners receive 1 medal with a superhero cape!

Runners must wait to start the 5K at 9am.
Fun-K (10:30am)
ONLY for kids under 12, and for adults who have special needs
